Balkan Lab Orchestrais an ensemble dedicated to the study of music from Eastern Europe and the Middle East directed by the saxophonist and composerFederico Pascucci.

Faced with the dematerialization of music and its supports, Disco Ajvar was born from the idea ofGiulia Anita Bari and Federico Pascuccito combine sound and agricultural production.The result is a cultural production,an edible disc, 100% organic.

Ajvar is a typical sauce from the Balkansmade with grilled organic peppers and aubergines, sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, love.
