In this moment of social, economic and environmental crisis we need to find ourselves in places that can offer onea different, fairer and more sustainable vision. A place wheremusic and nature can meet and interact with the world of sustainable agricultural production. A space for participation, cooperation and culture .

With the Balkan Eco Camp an opportunity is offered to all those who want to deepen therich musical tradition of the Balkans, through a collective laboratory in whichpractice and oral transmissionare the first two ingredients. All immersed in a context of discovery and rediscovery of nature, enhancing agricultural experiences that courageously choose ways of life and work aimed at preserving and protecting the territories.

From this premise the Balkan Music Eco Camp was born, which for the first time came to life in July 2020 in the hills of Genoa, at the La Tabacca farm. On this occasion, for four days, the twenty participants in the workshop lived inside the company, dedicating themselves 6 hours a day to studying music (3 hours in the morning and 3 in the afternoon), being able to simultaneously discover the company's activities and local realities.

The experience continued in 2021 in Cortona and in Salento, at two other agricultural realities where environmental protection is the central pivot of the activities. Each path ends with a concert open to the whole local community in order to restore the beauty and sounds built through the collective study. 2022 was the turn of Sicily, thanks to the collaboration with Porto di Terra, an agricultural, social and cultural reality in the heart of the Madonie.
